The recruitment process involved a recruiter phone call, a technical screening, a homework assignment, and an in-person interview. After a long wait, I was informed that they had changed their mind and the position was not actually available in my location.
The logistics of the in-person interview were impeccable.
One meeting was with two current junior SREs. These junior employees seemed uncomfortable running the interview.
Another meeting was with a senior individual who conducted a very good interview.
The last meeting was with the CTO, who ran the best interview of all. He clearly communicated what he wanted to know and allowed me ample opportunity to present myself.
