Pros: Good pay and good stock RSUs.
Cons: DEI content encompasses 15-25% of Engineering All Hands meetings. The atmosphere is hostile to any beliefs different than their majority liberal ideology, even if you just stayed silent. It is very exclusive and intolerant. They also culture an environment of victimhood; everyone is offended and a victim of something here.
