Pros: A lot of smart, fun, and down-to-earth people. Oli and Alexis are awesome! They are hardcore developers themselves and frequently work with us on solving problems. We get healthy, delicious lunches three times a week in the office, as well as snacks and weekly FreshDirect orders. The work environment is great and encouraging. The product itself is awesome; our customers love it and adoption is increasing by the day, providing us with interesting scalability and product problems to work on.

Cons: Can't think of any.

Pros: Interesting projects and teams to work on, definitely helped me technically as a software engineer. Good pay.

Cons: People were incredibly arrogant. Not many people were willing to help; they were only interested in their own agendas. There was no upward mobility for career growth. Being a manager didn’t provide any benefits besides more stress. The 401k match was poor.

Pros: Work-life balance, being able to work on cutting-edge technology, a friendly environment, and abundant career opportunities.

Cons: There are some first-time managers who are still adjusting to their new roles.
