support operations engineer Interview Experience - New York, New York

September 1, 2021
Positive ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process included the following steps:

  • Recruiter call
  • Team lead or manager call
  • Take-home project
  • Presentation based on the take-home project, followed by interviews with approximately six people.

I haven't heard back yet, but I really enjoyed working with my recruiter, Avery, and also the first team lead I spoke to, Roman. They were both very kind and transparent.

The questions weren't hard but were definitely time-consuming and intense. The interview process requires a significant investment of your time. Even if you're told to spend only two hours, if you want to present something you're happy with, it will definitely take more than two hours.
