The interview process was usual. They do a team matching program, so you can get an offer and then still wait a few weeks to match with a team. You don't get to meet anyone on the team until the end of the process.

The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a take-home assignment, and a final round. The phone screen included two fairly straightforward LeetCode Easy type questions. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, which was pleasant.
