The first stage is with HR. The second part is a technical test to do at home. The third stage is a technical interview to discuss the test and some other questions.
In the technical test stage, they don't tell you anything. In the technical interview, they ask you to correct the exercises, even though there is nothing specified in the test template they send. You have to guess the interviewers' wishes.
They ask questions that are on Google and that nobody solves from memory in their daily work.
