Pros: Lots of opportunity for growth. Company is doing alright, apparently.

Cons: Openly trying to squeeze as much output out of you as possible, you're treated as a full-time employee, but in reality, you're on a contractor contract.

Pros: - A lot of growth opportunities - Positive environment

Cons: None I can think of.

Pros: - Competitive compensation for tech roles, compared to other remote companies in Brazil; - A well-organized process with minimal bureaucracy; - Recognition and promotion cycles for reasonable individuals; - A well-crafted tech stack featuring ongoing improvement initiatives.

Cons: Suggestions for tech improvements are not given much consideration for non-super senior engineers. The Product & UX teams modify the expectations and requirements in the development process for certain specific features/products. Smaller teams have fewer opportunities to demonstrate impact, address initiatives, and, as a result, earn promotions.
