I had a recruiter phone screen where we discussed my experience, specifically with their stack, and the types of roles I have held in my career. We also talked about their product.
Following that, I received a follow-up email with a take-home test, which had a 48-hour delivery time limit and was assigned without consulting my availability.
After submitting the take-home test, less than two hours later, I received an email stating that the position had been filled. I was not provided with any feedback on my submission.
