Pros: - Full of new features to deploy.
- Fast-paced environment (we call it Deel speed).
- Very friendly team members to work with, and professional connections.
- Easy to talk to any superiors, yes even to the CEO.
- Amazing remote working possibilities.
Cons: It would be a bit challenging for someone who is junior in engineering, but I believe the spirit of the company helps to overcome.
