The process was interesting, with an introduction, a home task, then a technical overview, and a meeting with the CTO. I felt it was well organized and adapted to test my skills. The home task was very easy, but that's how they are able to test your skills. Since it's easy, you can easily show off your skills.

Technically, it was directed over database performance questions. Other than that, they checked how motivated I was.
