R1: 30-minute screening call by a recruiter where they will ask about your tech stack and willingness to work on their tech stack.
R2: Home Assignment to write a few APIs in an Express server using Sequelize Database Connector. The ask was to finish the task in 3 hours, but the overall time given was 48 hours. The feedback given back was not as per what was expected in the assignment. For example, it was asked not to write a lot of fancy stuff but if time was there, to add a few test cases. However, if you wrote them, they had to be written well, as they could become a con if you didn't cover all cases. The reviewer might not have looked into the expectations properly themselves, I feel.
Few cons written by the reviewer were not even asked for or provided in the code as well.
I feel the interview process is fine, but they should properly train or give reviewers a process to follow. Otherwise, it all depends on your luck.
