I applied online. The process took 1 week.
The interview process felt highly unprofessional and disengaged. The recruiter joined the meeting late for a morning interview and immediately mentioned being tired and exhausted before turning off the camera.
The entire interview lasted around 8 minutes despite a scheduled 30-minute slot, including the time I spent asking my own questions. There was very little effort to understand my background or technical experience, and the interaction felt more like a checkbox exercise than a genuine evaluation process.
The interviewer appeared uninterested throughout the conversation, which created the impression that the interview was being conducted only for process formalities rather than active hiring.
As a candidate, I invest time preparing, researching the company, and attending interviews professionally. It’s reasonable to expect the same level of respect and engagement from the hiring side.
