I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
The position was remote. I interviewed with the HR Recruiter first. Everything went fine, and I got the second interview with the Hiring Manager. During that interview, he made it clear that they did not simply want a Solutions Architect; they also wanted someone to handle Senior Technical Support. Okay. I have plenty of experience in both.
Then they let me know they also wanted this person to be a Developer. They want all three roles covered by one person while paying the salary of a regular Solutions Architect with commensurate experience in all three areas. I've done some coding, but I do not have to do it often enough for it to be my strong suit, and I let them know. They said I would have to take a coding test. I said ok.
And that was the last I heard from them. They ghosted me. Overall, not very professional.
Are you a developer and can you code?
