I applied online. The process took 3 days.
The initial conversation with the manager was generally pretty good. The second stage was with two QA engineers, one of whom was ex-Google. I got the impression that they were not really interviewing anyone seriously and that the whole process was mostly for show, so they could later "unexpectedly" hire someone's relative or acquaintance who (by pure coincidence!) happens to be the only person who fits the role. Later, my concerns were confirmed. Someone I know who works there told me that many employees have brought in people they know, although this is not something they talk about publicly. Basically, nepotism.
