I applied online.
I recently had the misfortune of going through an interview process with DeepL, and I must say it was quite a bad experience. From start to finish, the process was frustrating.
First, they took ages to respond to my initial application. After finally getting an invitation for an interview, I was hopeful things would improve, but unfortunately, they did not. Communication was virtually non-existent; even after follow-up emails, I received no replies.
This lack of respect for my time was incredibly disappointing and showed a total disregard for potential candidates. Overall, the feeling I got was that they really don't care about the time and effort you put into applying to their company. I would advise others to be cautious and prepared for a potentially frustrating experience if you choose to apply here.
