Very friendly atmosphere, makes you feel at ease even when you are stressed. The interview was done very professionally, with relevant questions about testing experience and tools being asked. All of my questions about the company and the work were answered too.

Pros: Good people, caring exec, meaningful work and in the current sweet spot of “AI”.
Cons: Immature and lacks process. For a young organisation, the amount of red tape is incredible. Listen to the people who you have brought in externally; you brought them in to help with the scale up stage, so let them!

Promising start but management changes ruined everything

Pros: Very nice colleagues, and at the beginning there was a sense of good direction, interesting work, which was promising.
Cons: Everything positive was overshadowed by the later changes in management that ruined every possible positive thing.

Pros: Great product, and some really good and kind colleagues.
Cons: Politics and personal ambition of some individuals do not align with the interests of the company, a naive CEO, people in key positions who don't understand how to work at scale, and toxic behaviors are allowed. Terrible benefits outside of Germany.
