I applied online.
My experience with the company's interview process left much to be desired. After investing considerable time and effort in an initial phone call and a first round interview, the rejection letter I received in response failed to provide the level of detail and clarity that I had expected.
Although I was reassured throughout the process that I had answered the technical questions correctly, the lack of explanation accompanying the rejection was confusing. Overall, I felt the first round interview was quite disingenuous and artificial.
Really wished I had spent the time to read some of the company interview reviews, as it appears my experience is quite common amongst candidates. It makes me question the legitimacy of the values the company claims to represent.
I would suggest that other candidates look into other companies who provide a more transparent and authentic experience.
