Pros: Everyone is really nice and wants you to succeed. They provide a lot of cool events to attend.
Flexible work hours, even for interns.
Cons: Projects vary a lot, and the company gets re-orged frequently, which means you may sign on for one project and then be given a different one.
It's really hard to understand the organization and talk to anyone outside of your direct team. They will say yes to talking, but it's very hard to figure out who you even need to talk to.

Pros: Pay is good and the bonus is good. The atmosphere is relaxed and most departments have a flexible work-from-home option.
Cons: Work is mind-numbing and promotions are non-existent. You have to apply for a new position to get a promotion. Hard work gets you nowhere. Brown-nosing gets you recognition.
