Process
Dell visited my campus physically for a 1-year internship. The hiring process consisted of 4 rounds.
- Round 1: Resume Shortlisting.
- Round 2: Technical Interview. Questions covered Oops concepts, sorting algorithms (merge, quick, and heap), and basic problems like Fibonacci, factorial, and palindrome. The interview also touched upon my previous experience, basic dynamic programming concepts, and some SQL basics.
- Round 3: Managerial Round. This involved explaining a personal project on a whiteboard and discussing career aspirations. The discussion lasted around 30 minutes.
- Round 4: HR Round. This was a primarily interactive session focused on why I wanted to join the company and my previous experiences.
