I was contacted on LinkedIn for a graduate software developer role.
The process consists of two interviews followed by a job offer.
The following week, I had my first interview. This was conducted via Skype call with a Dell developer from DELL India.
The week after that, I had my second interview. This was also conducted via Skype with a hiring manager from DELL India.
The first interview, I was asked about my CV and my final year project. This interview was easy enough.
The second interview, I was asked about my CV but not my project (the interviewer didn't seem to care). Then, I was asked some puzzle questions.
For example:
If you have a rope that takes 30 minutes to burn, how long would it take you to find out if 45 minutes of time have passed if you don't have a clock or anything, just two ropes?
