Pay the going rate.
Stop interfering with scrum teams' work and start shielding them.
Stop unpaid working weekends; it's crazy and not needed.
Quality of work will improve once teams are given more freedom.
Please sort out the canteen. The food is awful and relatively expensive compared to other companies. Free tea and coffee is expected.
