It is a great place to learn and improve your leadership qualities; there is always someone to help you out in any situation.
Work-life balance is just perfect.
Cons: You would feel like to come into the office more often to engage with colleagues and customers, which gives us back our old time rather than working from home.

Cons: The company is being plundered and not investing in itself. There is a constant layoff culture. Senior leadership is out of touch. They changed employment terms without negotiating.
