I applied online.
The recruiter interviewed me first.
Then an interview was held with the hiring manager.
And finally, two engineers.
It took 3 weeks.
It seemed they were looking for a junior to mid-level career person.
Probably the wrong job title.
The recruiter came back, stating the position is not being filled at this time.
Questions
All were easy questions related to the job description and resume. Nothing related to data structures, algorithms, design, or architecture.

Pros: Good flexible benefits with annual benefits on dental ($500), annual health checkup ($400), though annual leave could be more. Currently, it's 15 days for my position, with an additional 1 day for every year of service.
Colleagues are smart, motivated, and experienced, and they are willing to help you when in need. There's a flexible office and WFH arrangement. There's minimal micromanagement; you have a lot of independence.
Cons: Lack of systemic control on processes, heavily reliant on who you are working with. Most approvals are done through email or meetings.
Too many layers of reporting—your boss, your boss's boss—resulting in multiple rounds of reviews.
Lots of reporting slides to do, and the environment favors people who can speak well.
Workforce reductions are pretty frequent.
May expect late-night calls.
