Pros: Solid pay, bonus, and time off.
Going through a lean/XP transformation right now, which is amazing if you can be part of those teams.
Cons: There was a lot of misalignment from management and the transformation teams. They were attempting to make the company more lean and agile at the team level, while mandating a traditional Waterfall style.
