Pros: Pay, bonus, and time-off are good. Work-from-home partially and sometimes fully is possible, depending on the org./manager. Substantial overtime can be paid off by taking comp. time.

Cons: Multiple parallel project execution with resource constraints and challenging timelines. Hard work is not recognized by promotions.

Pros: Average pay and benefits. Good flex time.

Cons: The work culture embraces a "divide and conquer" mentality. It does not embrace intellectual reasoning and sound logic. Rather, the leader of the pack has the final say, often based on politics, not science. There is an extremely dense political atmosphere. You either play the game and brown nose management, and pray that if the stars are all aligned, you'll get the promotion you have been hoping for, or you remain at the same level for years. There is a total lack of talent management. It is a non-intellectually challenging environment. Anyone with higher degrees is advised to avoid working there. Managers do not know how to supervise staff with higher degrees.

Pros: latest technology, teamwork, great benefits

Cons: This is a large company, with a very different culture than that of small or medium-size companies.
