Pros: If you consider your limited knowledge of technology and having created your comfort zone as pros, you can retire from Dell.
Cons: No work-life balance.
Not adapting any new technology; most of the workload relied on manual actions.
Most teams are based outside of the US, so US teams are kind of off-shore, making you work overtime too long.
You need to be aware you might work any time, like a police officer or doctor. You may need to cancel your Sunday fishing plans and work.
