One of the worst processes I have ever seen.
They called it a "scheduled interview," but it was a walk-in. They scheduled me for 11:30 AM. After waiting for two hours, the recruiter told me to go to one room.
There was one guy sitting with a laptop, trying to connect with an interviewer. Due to some reason, they made it like one guy was on the phone. He was asking questions, then another guy was asking me, and I was answering.
They were clueless as to why they were interviewing. One guy started asking some silly questions. I thought he was from a different technology. Most of the time, he was kind of sleeping.
Suddenly, one senior guy walked in, asked some questions, and walked away. Every time, they were discussing if they wanted to ask anything for a single question.

I believe the team is not capable of getting any, or they don't want to get any. Mr. Mike Dell is not at all interested in this Perot Services business, so it says it all.

Complex work.Cons: Dell is a hierarchical organization. Senior management does not trust engineers. They expect engineers to bow to senior managers. Senior managers, who have knowledge about technology, are too focused on business ROI and do not invest in innovation. Dell is very bureaucratic. It takes ages to get a simple task done. Even simple mistakes are escalated. Feedback from managers is very critical. Performance is equated to behavior.
