Process
I joined Dell Services two years ago through a walk-in drive. First, there was a written test that consisted of three parts: Technical, Logical Reasoning, and English.
This was followed by two rounds of interviews, which comprised technical and logical capability assessments, and mainly checked my ability to cope with difficult situations and my presence of mind.
