Pros: People are supportive and have freedom of work. No micromanagement happens, which gives us free will to work as and when comfortable.
Cons: Expectations are too high from a fresher's point of view. The starting phase gets difficult to go through as we need to learn the product and contribute. But that being said, it is the case everywhere.
