Pros: Dell is a very large employer here in Austin. The company is much better about work flexibility than it used to be. The location is great if you live in Round Rock.
Cons: Dell as a company has not found its direction. So, it's worth consideration that you are hitching your wagon to an incomplete corporate transition. No ESPP. If you live in Austin, it is a commute.
