Pros: In the Engineering field, there are a number of good product divisions that have good work and technologies to work on. Pay is decent, work is quite good, and you can get to work with some great people all over the world.

Cons: If you are in a division bought by Dell, there is a chance of downsizing, especially in the first couple of years.
