Pros: Lots of resources and access to work with any team you want.
Managers are very approachable and want to see you succeed.
Competitive pay relative to the location.
Many of the employees are experts in their fields and are invaluable if you have questions you want to ask.
Cons: - Teams were not prepared for interns.
- You must often create your own projects.
- The majority of the employees are much older than the interns.
- The culture is more corporate than most tech companies.

Pros: Decent mid-manager, good people.
Cons: The company is being plundered and not investing in itself. There is a constant layoff culture. Senior leadership is out of touch. They changed employment terms without negotiating.
