The process started with discussions with HR regarding the position and a chat with the hiring manager about my career goals.

A 1:1 meeting was eventually scheduled with the hiring manager, during which we discussed the position and various technologies it involved.

Finally, the process concluded with a presentation to the hiring manager and a technical resource, detailing a specific area of technology expertise.

Pros: We offer product wireless solutions. We initially chose Aruba and began to OEM. Then HPE purchased Aruba Networks, so we had to pick another wireless solution. Now we also offer Aerohive, but only as a reseller.

Cons: Very limited ability to install and configure wireless networks.
