Challenging Work, Broken Policies
Solutions Architect • Current Employee
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
November 12, 2015
Pros: Work is always competitive and challenging.
Lots of opportunities to learn.
Cons: Middle management is not effective. All decisions are driven from top management. Too frequent changes in the org structure make it very fragile. Recent policy changes in India for bonus are not employee-friendly, where only a few employees get variable pay and others get nothing (0%).
Promotion policy is poor as it is done through IJP, which totally depends on individual relations, and candidates are already fixed for the opening.
