I have only completed the initial phone interview so far, but I was asked for an in-person interview. They are going to fly me down for more interviews.
Another developer performed the phone interview. We discussed my previous experience. He wanted to know about specific technologies I had worked with and how I implemented them. My questions were answered in about 20 minutes, and I asked about 20 minutes' worth of questions.
