Some days are slower than others. I do not know if this is just the department I work in, but there are not that many young engineers (early 20s). This was not the case the second summer, but the first summer, I had minimal contact with my manager before my first day.
There were two behavioral and one technical interview. They concentrated a lot on thought process in difficult situations, such as: * My code not working * Issues with coworkers * How these were resolved and avoided in the future
The interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind. The process was easy to set up, and she was very informed and able to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed being able to have the supportive environment.
