Great people and atmosphere.
Great way to get your foot into a larger company.
In a world of contract engineering, this company sets itself apart by offering great medical and 401K with a decent salary.
Lack of work, layoffs. Some are released and rehired a few times. This can be stressful. Unfortunately, if you are put on-site with one of their customers, you don't receive all the perks of working at that location.
Management must pay more attention to those employees put on site at customer facilities. Checking on them twice a year will not do.
Great interview, nice questions, friendly behavior, great talent, nice manager. 40 minutes, well processed, good communication. No silly questions, all meaningful. I was happy to be at Dell. Good for all levels.
I knew a former employee who had good working relationships with several hiring managers. Therefore, I submitted my resume and interviewed shortly thereafter. Phone and in-person interviews ultimately led to an offer.
Tell me something about yourself. What suits you to get this job?
