Paycheck Good, Management Bad
At first glance, they are a flexible company. The paycheck didn't bounce. I wish I had more good to say.
Management is more concerned about their bonuses than their employees' ability to have a life outside of work. Management will also drive entire business units into the ground to make their point, at the expense of everyone.
Listen to employees. If they have a concern, it needs to be taken seriously.
