The interview process is one of the worst at Dell. The first round was telephonic, where I could hardly understand the voice or the way questions were asked. Although I cleared that interview, for the second round, they asked me to come to the office

* Three rounds of technical interviews; you should be very strong in L3 protocols to crack them. * They will focus more on basics and then move up as the interviews progress.

4 rounds of interviews: * 2 coding rounds * 1 round mixing coding and team fit * 1 managerial round Not LeetCode; mostly day-to-day work or as per the requirements of the job description.
