Dell is not for everyone. It has a fast-paced environment with time-boxed timelines and a very political atmosphere. You need to do a good job and be known to get recognition. Senior management never took responsibility when things went wrong. Benefits are getting worse every year. There is no focus on people development.
Focus on developing employees. Care for your employees more than your balance sheet. Offshore cannot solve all the problems. Be innovative and reward hardworking people.
