Various areas of activity available, from systems for HR, accounting, finance, sales, project management, etc. There is a lot of space and incentive for innovation; however, this may depend on the manager of each team. The salary is good, compared to the local market average.
As it is a large global company, it is expected that the company has many processes and that, at times, simple things may take longer than expected to materialize. Nevertheless, I believe that the processes can be simplified in order to facilitate and speed up the delivery of results.
