Phone screen. Approximately 6-hour on-site interview with 6 people. Multiple technical interviews. Lunch interview. Final management interview. Discussions. Many technical questions. Why do you want to work at Dell?

It was good, with a lot of coding, but the coding exercises were simple. There were a few theory questions, but most of them were practical. It was an overall good experience. I would recommend everyone to try this.

Not really difficult, nor too easy. There will be 3 rounds minimum. There can be a US round also, which will be very difficult. The interviewer might be looking for something specific; concentrate on that and answer.
