Worst Leadership in the industry!
It used to be an okay company. I actually liked working here, but that was years ago.
Today, Dell has some of the worst leadership in the industry. No lie!
- No vision
- No strategy
- No planning
- No process or planning
- Not competitive
- Can't deliver anything on time
- Can't deliver a complete solution
- Laying off thousands of good employees while keeping horrible managers in place.
Time to clean house with all the horrible, nepotistic leadership that is driving Dell into the ground. Dell is no longer respected in the industry. Customers and competitors laugh at our solutions.
