- Amazing people to work with/for.
- The company is always adapting new technologies, and no one gets stuck behind.
- No unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Clear path for promotions.
- No employee evaluation in the sense of scoring you. Yearly bonuses are not calculated by self-performance but by the organization's performance only.
They are spoiling so much I won't be able to go back to the market and work for other companies as I will expect the same benefits!
