Benefits are decent. Management tries to meet with you even when you are out at a site working with a client.
I was on contract with them where Dell was not the prime, but everyone loved the Dell/EMC guys.
Could use some group outings or summer/Christmas parties.
Maybe some swag for new employees.

Software Developer
The process consists of three rounds of interviews. Before that, there was a coding test. They asked for depth in concepts of DSA, web development, CS fundamentals, and the projects you have done.
Mobile Developer
1. I was prepared to receive the call, but HR did not call me. I held my phone for 20 minutes, but still nothing happened. 2. The first stage is a phone call from HR. I have only reached this point so far.
