It is wrong to show favoritism toward any race, sex, or ethnicity because that goes against the definition of equality. Drop the Critical Race Theory and be fair toward all. Judge based on merit alone.

Terrible interview environment. It was too noisy to even hear properly. The least you can do is interview in a quiet environment where people can communicate well, especially considering it was a pair programming interview. Worst interview ever.
