No focus, priorities change every six months.

Performance reviews focus more on individual rather than team effort.

Reorganizations in management lead to unnecessary change, which screws up employees' hard work and morale.

Advice to Management

Think twice before making decisions. Focus on the project and get things done.

Promote collaboration and team effort versus individual accomplishments.
