As it is a large and global company, all processes are onerous and stressful. There is a mix between Agile and Waterfall methodologies. There are complex and unknown interlocks between multiple systems, which turns simple tasks into painful weeks.
Simplify the tasks, eliminating bureaucracy and segregation of unnecessary duties. The work environment could be more cozy to allow for better team sharing.
