An okay starter job
Great benefits, very chill work environment. They don't pay much compared to other companies, but that's offset by how laidback and unhurried they tend to be.
Pushing to go back to the office is incredibly unorganized for such a huge and established company, and the over-hire/layoff cycle seems standard.
