Pros

Great reputation, and their pay is very competitive. The intern program was very appealing, but there are no real opportunities to learn and grow. Benefits are pretty good too. Work/life balance could be better, but it is okay. You can work from home when necessary.

Cons

No respect for young workers and poor management.

My team was moved from building to building every 6 months.

Very poor female role models in management.

Employees are very worried about job security, so sharing of knowledge is low.

Transferring to different teams is not really encouraged, but used to entice new employees.

Employee morale has been pretty low.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to building leaders and developing a group atmosphere.
